Poetry Scansion

I thought scansion questions can go here...

I have a question about how to classify a poem. For instance, in our first example, the meter swithched between quadremeter and trimeter. What do we call it? Iambic quadrameter and trimeter? Or do we pick the predominant one if one was greater than the other? Also, how do we say that there is a trochee or a substitution, does this go in its general classification?

Any answers would be appreciated!
